CHILD SAFETY STANDARD POLICY

At BEIDO, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy digital environment for all users, with a particular focus on the protection of children and vulnerable individuals. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are severe violations of human rights and dignity, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of CSAE on our platform. This policy outlines our strict standards, preventive measures, and response mechanisms to ensure that our platform is not used to promote or facilitate any CSAE-related activity.

This policy applies to all users, accounts, content, and activities conducted on or through Beido, including but not limited to:

• Public posts, comments, images, videos, or links.
• Private messages or direct communications between users.
• User profiles, bios, and other self-reported content.
• Shared files and external links uploaded to the platform.

It also applies to activities conducted off-platform if they directly involve or impact our community or platform.

To provide clarity, the following definitions apply:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction (photo, video, or other media) of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.
• Exploitation: Includes grooming, trafficking, coercion, or any form of manipulation targeting minors for sexual purposes.
• Grooming: Building a relationship with a child to manipulate, exploit, or abuse them sexually.
• Solicitation of Minors: Engaging in any form of communication with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BEIDO:

1. Uploading, Sharing, or Distributing CSAM: Including posting, linking, or transmitting any child sexual abuse materials.
2. Solicitation or Grooming of Minors: Engaging in inappropriate conversations or actions intended to exploit minors.
3. Facilitation of CSAE: Using the platform to coordinate or promote CSAE-related activities, including trafficking or exploitation.
4. Harassment of Minors: Sending sexually explicit content, requests, or any form of inappropriate communication to minors.
5. Attempts to Circumvent Detection: Using encryption, aliases, or hidden links to share CSAM or exploitative content.

Users engaging in these activities, directly or indirectly, will face immediate and serious consequences as outlined in this policy.

To enforce this policy and proactively combat CSAE, we have implemented the following:

• Use of advanced AI and machine learning technologies to scan uploaded content, messages, and media for indicators of CSAE.
• Human moderators trained to identify and review suspected CSAE-related content and behavior.
• Real-time monitoring of flagged accounts, keywords, and behaviors that may indicate grooming or exploitation.

• Enhanced processes to verify user age, particularly for accounts identified as belonging to minors.
• Restricting access to certain features or content based on user age to reduce risks to younger users.

• Partnerships with organizations like law enforcement agencies worldwide to address CSAE reports.
• Regular consultation with child safety experts to update and refine policies and technologies.

• Accessible and confidential in-app reporting tools to allow users to flag suspicious or harmful content and activities.
• A dedicated email address (safety@beido.co) for CSAE-related concerns.
• Anonymous reporting options for whistleblowers or third-party witnesses.

All users of Beido are required to:

1. Report Violations: Use the reporting tools to notify us of CSAE-related content, users, or activities.
2. Avoid Sharing CSAE Material: Refrain from sharing, interacting with, or downloading any material related to CSAE.
3. Comply with Investigations: Cooperate with platform moderators or law enforcement during investigations.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in account restrictions or other actions.

Violations of this policy will be treated with the utmost seriousness and will result in the following:

• Immediate suspension or termination of the violating account.
• Permanent banning of the user from the platform.

• All CSAE violations will be reported to law enforcement agencies, and other relevant organizations as required by law.
• Platform records and evidence (e.g., flagged content, account details) will be shared with authorities to assist in investigations and prosecutions.

• The platform reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal action against individuals involved in CSAE activities.

Beido is committed to accountability and transparency in addressing CSAE-related issues. We will publish annual transparency reports detailing:

• The number of CSAE-related reports received and actions taken.
• Collaborations with law enforcement and child safety organizations.
• Improvements to detection, moderation, and user protection systems.

If you encounter CSAE-related content or suspect any CSAE-related behavior on BEIDO:

1. Use the in-app “Report” button to flag the user, content, or activity.
2. Contact our Safety Team directly at safety@beido.co 
3. If you are in immediate danger or know of someone who is, contact local law enforcement or child protection authorities.

• Our team receives regular training on CSAE detection, reporting, and victim sensitivity.
